The apartment building that my boyfriend used to live in was located across the street from an elementary school, and his street came out right in between the school zone signs. He was leaving for work one morning, and it was school zone time, but he didn't know that. A cop pulled him over and gave him a reckless speeding ticket, going 45 in a 25. He didn't know the sign was on otherwise he would've obeyed it. How could he have known? Is there something he could have done to beat this in the courtroom?

According to British law a motorcycle is classed as a bicycle.....ok then so if I use a bus lane with the bicycle sign then they cant do me can they ..I cant wait for that conversation with pc plod...if they do me I'll take it to court .... and win

I live in a small terraced housing unit.
Sometimes my partner and me have wild noisy s*x.

I am sure my neighbours can hear, although we try and keep the noise down... but after a night out on the tiles and a bit of drink this can go out of the window.

My neighbours are getting on a bit.
Altho, no-one has complained yet.

My question is... if i am in my own house, which i own... can neighbours make a ligitimate complaint to police or relevant authorities about this sort of noise "nuisance"??
If so, what can happen?

what are ur opinions on bootcamps? do u think they are effective for young ppl?
i have a reaserch to do and my hypothesis is that bootcamp / shock incarcaration is one of the most trusted form of alternative punishment. what do u think?

is just me or People need a better education
about Law Enforcement in general?

I mean is not make any sense to hate police officers

ok anyway a went to my mailbox this morning and directv found out i had some smart card readers They said i was using it to pirate their signal! When i was using them to secure my small network because i forget passwords eaisly. And for other reasons
Anyway the letter said that i MUST pay 3000 Dollars or face Criminal Prosicution.
In the truth is i NEVER owned a sattilite dish
Because i dont like them AND directv Does NOT service my area
I mean this is a crime there commiting can i sue them for extorsion or what?

it was self defence before you ask and i appreciate every caseis different but i was a body guard at the time and let the german courts dea with the matter. any way how long is it afer the offence is it spent i.e not declarible for job interviews?

I don't mean blantalaly ,but if 75% of crimes are done by minorities, i don't think its all that bad to use racial profiling, with a probable cause of course.
