Do you think that sex offenders should be somehow punished via the genitals? In other words, if a man is convicted of rape, should he be given a sentence that includes having his genitals whipped, or electrocuted, or nailed? Something to give them pain where they got their pleasure from?

Do you remember? I even asked a question asking 'how great the british police were for foiling the terrorism plot' and most people said that the police were great for stopping them. Apparently they were planning on blowing up 9 or so trans atlantic airliners leaving the Uk bound for the US.

I just want to know what has happened top these would be terrorists !!

How do these guys think they can get away from the police by trying to drive away and continually rack up driving violations next to the other charges they were accused of?

They swerve in and out of busy intersections with no regard for the lives others, they try to outrun the cops at dangerous, breakneck speeds, etc.

Whatever happened to taking responsibility and just turning yourself in? It's a lot less trouble.

I mean everyone is mad because they think he got off easy, who are they kidding 24 YEARS in prison is rediculus for a white-collar crime, besides think of the figures 45 thousand dollars times 24 years is 1,080,000 dollars we are spending on a man who stole money, isnt that ironic. i say just have the government sieze his assets, fine him all his money and send him home.

Prison cells have been associated with rape and it is matter of shame that this is an accepted fact in our society. What can we or the government do to remove this stigma from our society?

I'm planning on becoming a police officer and I wanted to know if any of you could give me some workout schedules *with detail*. I go to a gym - so I'd be running and I want to lift weights and stuff like that - I do my crunches at home. Anyways, if you know anything please let me know. I was thinking about asking a professional trainer but I don't want to pay for it.

I workout at least six days a week - and I run for about 35-40 minutes a day, I use the stair master for 10 minutes, and I do some machine lifting but I need some ideas.

The police haven't done their part in this. When I called the accident in I reported his plate number and told them that he was drunk! They didn't even try to catch him while he was still on the road. Now that time has passed and we recieved the police report , it shows no insurance and no phone numbers. I have kept in contact with the police department and finally got them to give me his phone numbers. I would like to see a drunk driver off the road, but know that it is too late now. What can I do to make him think twice about getting behind the wheel drunk again?!

This a police report from the Minneapolis police department.
There is a little box that says inj. sev., and in the box is the letter B. I assume this means injury severity: B. But what does B refer to? Does anyone know?

I was pulled over for no turn signal, but wasn't written a ticket. I was in a known drug area, and the police wanted to search my car which I refused. This happened 2 counties away from where I live, about 40 miles. Do you think they will come and get me?

Anything I can do, or should I wait till the theif gets outta jail in WY and have him steal it back and drive it to me?

my soon to be ex-husband was convicted for 1st degree burglary and sentanced to 15 years. He claims he "just" broke into a house and took a wallet then used the credit card - 15 years seem harsh for that. My research shows 1st degree burglary involves a weapon and intent to harm. Does anyone out there know what makes a burglary 1st degree and not 2nd or 3rd degree?
