A drug offense in the State of Ohio results in a mandatory six month loss of driving privileage. Is this complete loss or can a conditional license be obtained for work purposes?

There's a good chance you can get a license to be able to go to and from work. The court doesn't want to stop you from working and/or paying your taxes but if you are caught anywhere but between home and work or at hours you don't work you will pay and big time. Just talk to a judge about it and he and/or the county personal will tell you everything you need to know, just ask.

You can probably drive to and from work, but I think there is paperwork to fill out. Usually they allow this, but if you are near a busline, they might make you take public transportation. Call your courthouse.

I doubt that... Sounds like you may have to get a bus pass
