Do you think that sex offenders should be somehow punished via the genitals? In other words, if a man is convicted of rape, should he be given a sentence that includes having his genitals whipped, or electrocuted, or nailed? Something to give them pain where they got their pleasure from?

As long as you are talking about rapists and molestors, then yes.
If you are talking about anybody that has been strapped with the "Sex Offender" label, bear in mind that list includes people who have consentually diddled their underage g/f's while they themselves were underage, and dudes that got busted for urinating in public.

When considering that studies show that rape is not about sex but about control I don't see how whipping his genitals will solve anything. However, it might make the victim feel better.

Yes, whipped on the genitals with a light cane, 1000 strokes, 10 a day. Women sex offenders get whipped on the breasts with a cane and a single tail whip across the genitals.2000 strokes, 25 per day.

Sounds like a good idea, but it might not be the problem with these people. Its a psychological problem not a genital problem. You can remove the genitals, but that might not necessarily remove the behavior.

I think that if any one individual who had a family member or had they themselves been affected by rape/sexual predators/offenders and knew the destruction a crime like this causes the individual or the family around them THEY WOULD VOTE A DEF. Y-E-S!!!!!!!!!!

Rape isn't a crime of sexual desire, it's a crime of power. IF the person was guilty, and was let out they'd still continue to hurt women in other ways. A man can do a LOT of damage without a penis.

Personally I think convicted rapists deserve the death penalty. They can't be rehabilitated.
