My husband and I saw that video, too. My husband saw the video, and then said that if someone did that to our daughter, he would personally declare it open season on men in gorilla suits nationwide.
As for the police, I would sue their butts off! The man broke the law! Where was the "joke" in that?? Someone doesn't grab someone else's kid as a "joke". Because I personally would be laughing my a ss off as I kicked his. . .

Since, I didn't see the video I don't really know all that happened. It is possible that the police did not feel what he did fell into a crime however they should have gotten his information and wrote an information report and it's possible charges can be filed later.

They would have had to call the police on me. If someone messed with my child in a life threatening Manner it is game over for that person.
