Renetta, listen to me, It IS Against the law without telling your spouse before marriage that they have HIV!! If he is going around screwing other people, why are you still with him?? doing drugs, etc... I don't know what state you live in, but I know that it's a serious crime withholding that kind of information!! Know your rights and turn him in!! Talk to a lawyer first, and tell him what's going on!! I know it's some kind of manslaughter charge or if you get the right judge and jury it can be a murder charge but not sure what type of degree.!! Don't play around with this and go get tested, some help, and get him put away!!
Best of Luck!

Yes, it's illegal. I'm pretty sure that, in the state of Missouri, it's a major offense, something along the lines of attempted manslaughter, I'm not too sure exactly, though. But it is a major offense, especially if he knew he had the HIV virus, and ESPECIALLY if you've contracted it from him. I'd recommend talking to a lawyer, and finding out the specific laws in your area..
Best of luck

Yeah, people have been gotten some serious charges for doing what you claim your husband did to you. He probably killed you. Call the police and see what they say.
If he's just going around sleeping with people and not telling them he has HIV then he's probably going to face multiple charges. Hope he goes to prison.

I thought all people were tested for HIV and STDs before marriage.
Yes, I believe it is against the law to knowingly give someone HIV.

Hello, first of course just being gay does not mean he has AIDs many people who are aren't (hope that makes sense)
Drug use causes the biggest risk of HIV.
If he is having unprotected sex with people and is not telling them, yes he can be charged with a crime. If you have names and dates, I would report him

You are making some serious allegations here..but if you are correct you need to report him.,try calling a mental health facility,so they can
assist you in seeking help..also you'll probably be needing to be tested yourself...and for Christ's sake don't have any unprotected sex with him or anyone else until you are positive you are not transmitting the virus yourself....

Yall didn't have to take a blood test before getting married?

You are a pretty smart person to figure all this out after you married him. If you live through this, I'd stay single and not have sex ever again, you might make another genius.

didn't you know this man before you married him? marriage is not a game and should not be entered lightly. if you knew he did drugs then you shouldn't have married him. how did you find out he is hiv positive?

Do you love him? Did you when you married him? What about compassion and forgiveness? You and your marriage is messed up before it ever began.
