Don't have any further dealings with the accuser- go through an attorney right away.

Being arrested simply means that you have been handcuffed. If the police have a reason to handcuff you (if you are a flight risk), they have a right to do so. If you can prove that you have not stolen anything, they will not keep you. If you cannot prove it at that time, you will await your trial (either in jail or out on bond) where it will be decided whether you are guilty or not.

who is calling, // the police ? only the police can decide if you get arrested or not (and the DA)

They may file a report.

But to also answer your question, yes alot of innocent people get arrested , and latter the charges are droped or at trial they are found not guilty. ( but also a few I am sure get convicted from time to time also)

Isn,t it since Georg w said this is a NEW WORLD ORDER that THEY can do whatever THEY WANT TO!! and since the ricco law and the world being envolved in a war right now they Can .period. One would think this has nothing to do with your situation, but it actually does..as for your husband :they will have to prove that He Knew about it.And that He was part of theif and prove this when he / they go to court.other then that its just an aggravation, that you,ll have to go thru. You did say this was an x-boss?i was going to say watch who you hire..but in your case watch who you work for.....tee hee seriously Good-Luck

Stealing is a crime. And if the witnesses or evidence suggest you were involved, the police have probable cause for an arrest.

Yes, he can be arrested if there is sufficient evidence. Convicting him without evidence and the property will be very unlikely though.

If you're clean, have soft hands, and do not have steel residue in the pores of your skin, I'm sure a good lawyer could get you off!

Yeah, if they've got evidence that points to you. That's why are system says that you are innocent until proven guilty.
