No.

You need a full, adult license that is NOT suspended to drive in another state.

A probationary license -- typically given to those under 18 -- is NEVER valid in another state.

Only if you get a License in another State. If your Colorado right to drive is Surspended you have no right to drive any wear else, You are an unlicensed driver. If your States age for driving is lower than another states age and your at the lower age, your still an illegal driver in the state with the higher age limited. Exsample Pa. age is 16, but in NJ it is 17: the 16 year old from Pa can not legally drive untill 17 years old in NJ:: Nor can the Nj Or Pa driver drive in NY were the age is 18, they are under age driversin that state!

With all due respect to those who have answered before me:

I'm from New Jersey, one of the STRICTEST of states with provisional DL's. It is my understanding that if you are on a PROVISIONAL Licence, you MUST adhere to the regs of your "STATE OF LICENSURE" AT ALL TIMES - even if driving out of state. The best thing to do is to find out if the State you will be driving through has "reciprocity" with your "State of Licensure". If not, I would advise against driving at all in that state UNTIL YOU ARE BEYOND THE PROVISIONAL STAGE.
