I would never drive after drinking but I occasionally go out with my friends and have a few beers. I live very close to a downtown area and always walk to the bar if I go. My assumption is they will test when I meet with my probation officer. Any idea if they give random tests? I am obviously done with Marijuana and have no problem submitting to drug tests but am I concerned they might just call me some night and ask me to submit random alcohol test. Also what if I have a few beers when I am at home, can they just show up and see that I have beer in my refrigerator? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I know a person directly related to me who is currently out of jail on a $4400.00 Cash Bond. There was no bondsman involved, his father paid the cash to have him released. So...This person is awaiting sentencing on 3 charges of driving on a suspended license and one count of contempt for failing to appear on one of the previous no license charges. This person has left the state of Florida where the charges are pending and is now in Texas and possibly fleeing to California fairly soon. Although no warrants have yet to be issued, I am wondering what if any information I should provide the authorities. And which authorities do I contact? I have alot of information on this persons whereabouts and a description of the car he's driving, etc, etc, etc. He has stated HE WILL NOT RETURN TO FLORIDA TO FACE HIS CHARGES. The person who paid the money to get him out is not able to be contacted for some reason. I do not know what to do!!!

It is true that police busting drunk drivers does not prevent the problem at the source, they only bust a small % each night? Why do bar/restaurant owners have to provide adequate parking? It is legal to drive up but not to drive away. Why can't a partnership be created to actually prevent patrons from driving away after consuming alcohol?

This is the tape that they use to surround an incident. Apparently, the red tape signifies that someone has died but i have heard otherwise.

when i was younger, i had long hair hippy style followed hawkwind etc, police used to stop me to look for dope i fitted the profile (so i hid it well Lol) I see a man with a shaved head walking towards me with tatoo's on his forehead doc martens, good chance he is a skinhead or a football holligan, if you were irish before when the IRA was at its peak, you were viewed as a potential terrorist, while i dont think it fair to pick on a race fact is majority of terrorist act carried out in recent years have been male muslims. I think the liberals are taking it to far check the people that fit the profile course there will mistake, but the the police work with what they know. What do you think fair or not

I was driving down the street. Going with the flow of traffic (which is always 5 to 10 miles over the speed limit). A police car parked on the same side of the street flashes his lights. I stop a good 50 feet from him. He motions me to pull over and mentions that he caught me speeding on his "rear radar." He was looking forward the whole time so I know it wasn't a radar gun. Is rear radar real or BS? What should I do? I don't feel I deserve it.
