Aiding and abetting or accessory to robbery depending on the circumstances. Example- did you know he was in the store robbing the clerk, or just sitting in the car waiting for him to come out with a 6 pack? If he is willing to tell the court you were just sitting there with no knowledge of what was going on, you have a chance of getting a pass from the DA. If you knew what he had planned, you do time, too, just not as much.

your question still makes you did the robbery. okay, who ever did the robber will be going to prison for 25+yrs. and if the other person knew the other was going to do the crime and helped out in anyway not being at the robbery, they can be charged as an accessory. they can go to prison for the same time

You better take a plea bargain if one is available to testify against him or you will take the same charge if you were with him. Get an attorney as soon as possible or you could be facing some serious time.
