what the criminal charges are..it seems to be in some sort of code? My guy landed himself in jail, he says, drugs were planted on him and he'll be out..because they had no reason to search him?...when I asked what kind of drugs, he didn't know, although he said the cop told him it would be a felony...do things like that really go on in the US?

This is the last question I need to answer and have been working on it for days but cant seem to find the answer. Does anyone know what the central features of the police working personalities are and what programs might be initiated to shape the police personality in a more desirable way...

So what if I can't produce it when asked by an officer on the street? Am I yarded off to some detention center? The thought of a national identity card scares me.

Good or bad? What's your take on national identity cards.

He is continuously ridaculed about things (some of which are pretty bad but supposively not true... drugs/drinkin & drivin/skimping on hours and is quite over weight. He is a genuine nice guy but is having a hard time with our MIDDLE to LOW economic class community. I really do feel for him. Hard lines to stay between in a town where one neighbor is the town drunk/druggy and the other could be your mayor. Jerry Springer, you hear this???

can he go to juvi for this? i don't want him to. it was just something that went from being funny to way out of control.

i think that if it wasn't for the one guys dad that his son doesn't like my brother at all and my brother tries to be nice to him didn't step in it might be different...

now the same night someone went spray painting cars and other thigns and used sugar and flour......can they say my brother did this too?

My neighbor blasts loud music at midnight, and I called a police many times; but the neighbor turns off the music every time when the police comes, and since I do not have any physical evidence for the noise at the police's presence, police disregards the problem.

Additionally, the neighbor pounds/hits a wall really loud and strongly at random time

I would deeply appreciate if you would give me any ideas to record the noise made by the neighbor.

Thank you very much!

I have been applying for a police department and finished everything else needed but I failed the psych exam. I answered everythign honestly and I know that I would make a good cop. What could have held me back? Was the fact I was in the military and had combat experience an eliminator? Any advice or info is much appreciated.

Im curious about why this is a requirement and what questions do they ask. I can assume what they are, but I am looking for actual questions from some one that has taken this for this type of position. My guess is they ask questions about your application and try to find false information in it.

John Mark Karr was not handcuffed while being whisked through Don Muang International Airport in Bangkok. At the departure gate, he talked amiably with fellow passengers.

The 41-year-old teacher sat in a business-class window seat next to Mark Spray, an investigator with the Boulder County District Attorney's office. A U.S. Embassy official and an agent with Homeland Security on his T-shirt were also part of the escort party.

Before takeoff, Karr took a glass of champagne from a flight attendant and clinked glasses with Spray, who sipped orange juice.

Dinner on board, served on a starched white tablecloth with silverware, was one many passengers would envy. Karr started with a pate, then had a green salad with walnut dressing. The main course was fried king prawn with steamed rice and broccoli. There was chocolate cake for dessert. Karr drank a beer, crushing the can with his hands when it was empty, then moved on to a glass of French chardonnay with his main course.

Kim Gladney, 25, who lives in the complex, said she heard 10 shots ring out.

"After the first five, I knew something was wrong," she said as she stood just beyond the police barricades.

Anywhere else that would be such a strange thing to say, anywhere else a single shot means something is wrong.

In the USA 11,000 deaths by gunshot the rest of the OECD less than a couple of hundred many less than a hundred.
