If he has a clean record, a fine and community service are more likely than juvenille detention. But get a good lawyer!
If the victims come forward your folks can expect to pay restitution as well. If egg isn't cleaned off immediately it will do permanent damage to the paint. The area where the eggs hit must be taken down to the bare metal for a proper repair so this may get a bit expensive for your folks.
If other vandalism was done that night, expect that they ones they nabbed to be looked at very closely. For obvious reasons!

Vandalism is illegal.
I highly doubt that your brother will go to juvi for egging. He will more than likely have to pay a fine, and possibly perform some sort of retribution for his actions, like washing the cars that he egged, or something to the effect.
I think that someone should inform your brother what an egg can do to the finish on a car. Basically, it will cause permanent damage to the body of the car, eating away the enamel of the finish.

I'm not sure about juvi, but I think your brother and his friends could have to pay for the damage to the cars' paint. They could try to accuse him of doing the other things too, but they will have to have proof. The fact he pulled this other stunt could make him look guilty, but a good lawyer should be able to defend him.

yes of course they can try and say they did everything, they want to clear up all those cases
But just the egging is serious enough since eggs can seriously damage the paint on cars, each time they did one car can be a seperate felony. They seriously need an attorney

Yes he can get into trouble for that to. But in the state of Georgia he would have to pay the owner for the damages (parents would have to pay), he would get community service or juvi. hall for 30 days, and publicly apolize to the people, and probley have to go straight home from school for a certain time.

And if your brother doesn't have a job and doesn't have the money, your brother's parents will end up being responsible for damage he caused. That's not going to make any parent happy. And it won't soon be forgottin within the family.

They probably can't nail him for more than they have actual proof (for criminal charges). However, he could be sued by owners of cars with lower burden of proof. What's the cost to repaint a car these days anyway?
If they caught him and have proof, he's going to have to answer for it. Stuff like this isn't funny, it's stupid.

You're brother did a stupid thing. He needs to realize that. If the police can't find proof that your brother was involved in property desecration's, then they can't charge him You're brother needs to own up to this and not do it again.

They could file charges for multiple acts of vandalism
A lot depends, but he may have to pay restitution and be on probation
