I called the police last nite when i had a argument with my boyfriends childs mother. She came to my house i walked up to her car trying to fight her and she stabbed me and kicked me on the ground, and ran over my sister with her car. I called police and the still havent arrested her. All i know is her first name and what type of car she drives. No plate number or her address. Why don't the police do something?? What should i do??

All Right then, well lets start from the top. If you attempted to start a fight with her you will be considered the aggressor. If you're the aggressor, guess who the victim is....your boyfriends child's mother. If she can articulate stabbing you and kicking you while on the ground in a self defense act, she will get away with it. As for your sister, hard to say. She would be a second party (not involved from your question) and she then becomes a victim. Depending on the circumstances this gal could be charged with a criminal vehicular operation or possibly even a degree of assault. I guess it depends on the state you're in and again, what all the circumstances are. No offense to you, but if you're the aggressor and admit to wanting to fight her, there is probably more to this story than your question entails.

Did you just call the police or did you file a formal assault charge? It was just last night and with no name and with no address, do you expect the police to read minds? Did you ask your boyfriend for that information? If he's reluctant to give it or says he doesn't have it - he's lying and it's time for you to move on to a healthier relationship with normal people in it. And what is the matter with you that you walk up to a car to deliberately pick a fight someone, are you that sorry of a human being you can't act like a grown up? You get what you go after chickie. Get educated and grow up.

You should just let that one go - first of all you admitted to being the instigator - if you pop off now you could be subject to criminal charges being filed against you.

You got your *** beat and now you're pissed, but try to be an adult, and move on - you could have gotten your sister killed.

Maybe look into getting a protective order, or your states equivalent, to keep her away from your home. Mention that you fear for your safety.

You need to learn to control your anger. Stupid moves like that get people killed..

I'm a cop - I would have had to arrest you both. So be careful...

you have 3 thoughts: a million. combat lower back (do no longer even difficulty attempting if he's the variety of guy that stabs his classmates) 2. Run (continually terrific) 3. call the law enforcement officers. (secure way, yet he will finally get out and could maximum in all danger be pissed and crammed with hatred and vengeance) the combination of two and 3 will probable keep you, yet will rob you of your delight and Independence.

keep in contact with the authorities everyday, so they know you are serious about this matter, the fact that she came to your house is a sign of aggression on her behalf......if you cant get anywhere with the detectives that are on the case than go to the superior officer, captain or sergeant......if you dont have info on the person than they are probably trying to find her and question her.....

If you provided the police with the information you have mentioned in this story, I can't believe she is not in custody.
