Yes, if you commit another crime while out on bail or don't make your court appearances, or if your cosigner or person who obtained the bond calls the note, so to speak. Then the bond company will usually contact you and give you a chance to get someone else to stand up for it (usually, not always.)

The bail bond company can revoke it if they have reason to believe you are not going to show for court. The court will revoke it if you fail to show.
