What? Where in the heck do you live? If the gun was fired there should be a hole somewhere. Are all officers there at the police station full on donuts?
Good luck.

No the gun dealer does not have the RIGHT to threaten with our without the gun pointed at you. IF the police don't do anything about it.. report him to the ATF!! Your state's Attorney General with details of the lack of action taken against him vs the number of times the gun dealer has been reported. Did he fire the gun in self-defense? OR just plain crazy in the head?

No civilian has the right to point a gun at someone and threaten them, that would be an aggravated assault with a firearm, unless if he was being robbed or in self defense.

I would say that someone is not willing to file a complaint or testify against them.

If they are not doing thier job, file a complaint, contact the DA in your area, or the State DA at the states capitol.

Gun freaks are wimps that use guns to indicate their manly ways. First rule in holding small arms is do not level sight on anything you do not intend to shoot! Why do you suppose he deals in guns? There are ways to end his bully tactics that indicate that he is a coward that would climb over you to get away from real danger!

Of course it's not right. It's even criminal! I don't know where you got that, but if true, impossible the cops didn't do a thing.

Depends on what the circumstance is, if you were threatening him, or seemed to be robbing him, yes. If he was simply mad at you and points it at you, it is illegal.
