Any lawyer will take your case if you pay them. Use spell check next time. All the stereotypes come out with the spellings in that question.

First off, there has got to be more to the story than what you are giving. I admit that there are some real-life "Vic Mackey's" in the law enforcement world, but I highly doubt that you have told everything there is to know. If the officer did in fact perform an illegal search and seizure at your house, you will have to prove that before you can sue him. The best way to go about that is to file a complaint against the officer through his agencies internal affairs division, but by no means am I reccommending you to file a complaint on any officer. They will then do an investigation in regards to what occurred and make a determination if it was legit or not. You can then take that evidence to any 50-cent, no-named, ambulance chasing lawyer and he would be tickled to take the case. Hope your situation works out. This is the best help I can be considering how broken your question is. To all officers reading this, BE SAFE!!!! and to all you thugs, BEWARE!!!!!!

Your question isn't really clear enough to understand what happened or how to respond to it. Before you consider a lawsuit or going off in that direction, you can save yourself some time and money by first doing some basic research on the core of your complaint - the entry and search. There are circumstances when the police can lawfully enter a home without a warrant. Information on this can be found when researching such key words as "exigent circumstances" and searches. Read and learn about all these search warrant or arrest entry conditions before going to any planned next steps of seeking the assistance of a paid attorney. You can still go to an attorney and initiate any actions you feel comfortable with, but it's good to do a little reading on it first to better equip yourself with the required knowledge go further.

Why do I have a feeling that you are not telling the whole story?

Cops do not just break into homes for no reason. You say you actually got warrants against this officer? Yet no one will arrest him? No lawyer will take your case?

I don't believe you. Maybe you should really think about what you have written here and what is really going on.

Here's a hint: Lawyers love money and will help you sue anybody if they think they can win. If you can't find a lawyer to take your case, it's because you don't have one.

So the cop searched your home without any valid reason? What did they find and what charges are you facing?
