My fiance and I just got a declaration of informal marriage from the county clerks office here in Texas. His job is based out of Louisiana and they are telling us that because they don't recognize common law marriages they can't add me to his insurance. I read up on Texas common law and found out it's as legal as a real marriage, if we split we'd have to go through a divorce and everything. So shouldn't it be recognized as legally binding in other states?

by a potential school shooter? he told her she was moving up on his list and that he'd would like to shoot her in the face. I wrote the principal about it and told her what he had said and i think that they are going to take him out of class and question him. My husband told me that it was a stupid thing to do that she now has a target on her back and that he probably would now do something , that the chances of him doing something before i got him into trouble were slim.my husband works as a correctional officer and says he knows how crimminal minds work...

what are your opinions, did i do the right thing?

To execute a murderer who says all the time(8 years) sorry for the things he has done is not right?
Because the murderer can turn into a good person and if you execute them you would kill a potential good person and that is wrong because the murderer killed a good person(Victim)

Okay I wasn't actually robbed but he stol from me something that worth 500 bucks. And I was so mad because I can't believe someone made me like a fool. I really hate to loose. I'm controlling freak.

So I spend over 2000 bucks to hire a private detective. And I got him. Now he begging me to dropped the charges.

It is surprising that He is only 17. But I don't want a dropped charge because he is young. I know he never gonna change. I want to take a legal action and make his life miserable. I know I'm pathetic but I love the feeling to break someone's life.

I have a non-compete employment agreement with my current company for which I have worked for the past 4 years. The agreement only covers the city and surrounding area, of the office that I work in. Recently the company has decided to sell the office to another individual that will be changing the company name and become the sole owner of the business. My question is: Is my employment agreement / non-compete transferable to the new company?

The house was bought quickly as an investment.
We did not check the property properly before purchase as it is a large manor house which we intend to do up. We do not know what to do with this 'tenant' which we did not want. He tells us he signed a deed with the previous owner and he moved in 6 months before we exchanged contracts. Can we get rid of him? Can we sue the previous owner for his failure to tell us?Thanks.

How would you feel of you were in a public place with teenager that had committed a serious crime. Who at any moment could pull out a knife an kill you, or pull into a dark corner and rape you, but they were only tried in juvenile court. Uncomfortable right? Wouldn’t you feel much better if teenagers that committed serious crimes were tried as adults in cases like murder, sexual harassment and hate crimes. Would you want them to get off easy. Young offenders think that they can get off easy because they are eighteen or younger and would only be tried a juvenile delinquent. Right now the California law says that teens between the age’s of fourteen to eighteen can be tried as adults but it is up to the judge and/or attorney.
If teens are surrounded by crimes they are most likely to commit crimes themselves and participate it. Statistics show that teens growing up in home or area with violence they will grow up and become violent most of the time. Lets say Bobby gets a hold of gun and
