Someone read personal emails and is using them in a court case. It does not seem legal. What can I do?

If you do not take the necessary steps to keep you email private then it is left open for anyone to read. If you want privacy then do what is needed to make sure you have it. No law broken if you don't do this. Good luck!

This is the reason for passwords. Is it your computer? If not, it may be legal.
