A father wants to relinguish all his rights as being a child's father. How does he go about doing that without going to court? Can't any lawyer do that?

You can relinquish any control you want to the mother or guardian simply by staying away & keeping your mouth shut, but you can't absolve yourself of the responsibilities -- including support.

Thats sick. Just go to the family circuit department in the courthouse. They will get the right paper work. It will need to go to a judge for final choice.. but either way thats SICKKKK

He cant unless the mother agrees. He would have to go to court.
