It all depends on where she was charged. All "places" have their own sets of laws. The laws are similar, but not necessarily the same from city to city or state to state. The same goes with the punishments for crimes. Each jurisdiction has it's own so it is impossible to answer your question.

Far to many variables and not enough information from your question to give an accurate answer. Prior offenses, choice of lawyer, what judge assigned if she ever even sees one and the caseload and attitude of the district attourney office at that time they deal with your "Friend" to name a few.
Now your question was "What could she get out of all this..."
the answer is 'A good lesson in how to conduct your life'. At an early age, I had my problems with various small time laws and until I decided to conform to the standards set by the society I lived in, I had a rather hard time understanding life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Once I decided cooperating with society was my best choice, things improved all around me.
Good luck to you and your 'Friend'.

Sounds like your friend needs to get her life together...soon. A lot depends on how good her lawyer is at bargaining and what she is willing to do to get charges reduced. She will definitely get a fine, community service and probably probation if this is her first offense. They probably also will recommend that she goes to AA and NA to deal with addictive behaviors.

depending on how old she is... and how much class c drug she had.. because that could be a felony... there is a million different out comes... but she is positivly getting a about 500 community service hours and huge *** fines if she isn't arrested... the drive under the influence runs about $5,000-10,000 for your first offence... that is why they say it isn't worth it... easier to pay a taxi driver 50 to drive you home then 10,000 over the next year...

Depends on her age, your state's laws and if she has prior arrests/convictions.
But it does sound like she is in a lot of trouble that could get her some jail time.

What's hookah? Is it just tobacco? If there aren't any drugs in the test then they don't have any evidence.

Depends on which country you're in and her age. If she's no longer a minor, she'd go to jail, considering the number of offences she's commited.
If you wish to know what kind of sentence she is likely to get, you should ask about it on a law forum.

It depends on the state, how many times before she has committed these, and other circumstances, like if she is on probation, if she had a gun, etc.
