Can a man sign away his parental rights in Florida if the mother doesn't want him to? Does he still have to pay child support if he does?

And I don't want to hear anything about how it's his responsibility because it's not! It's her responsibility! I know the child didn't ask to be born but he didn't ask her to have or keep the child either. He didn't even know this woman got pregnant until recently when we got a letter from Child Support Enforcement. No one would dare tell a woman who got pregnant that she HAD to have the baby AND keep the baby because she "spread her legs". Women have options after getting pregnant and i think men should too.

I was taking my 2 year old daughter to a birthday party today and in my friend's neighborhood and so I parked my car on my friend's street (they live in a subdivision) and naturally their driveway was full. This very rude lady asked me if I lived around here and I told her I was going to my friends house (I even told her who they were) for a birthday party and she told me (very evil-like that I couldn't park in front of her house. I am a really nice person so I moved the car, but I thought that if it is a public street I have a right to park on it as long as I am not obstructing the mailbox or driveway. We were there for a child's party....for goodness sake. I really wanted to tell her off, mostly because of the way she spoke to me...but now just out of principal I just want to know my rights...there were no signs saying no parking or anything. Does anyone know the answer? Was I doing anything illegal?

So the federal government can listen to my phone calls, look at every website I visit, and read all of my emails if I'm corresponding with someone in another country and they don't need a court order. They can also listen to my phone calls and read all of my emails with people inside the US if they get a court order, right? Does anyone have any idea how many people the government employs to do that and how many people they spy on (I'm just wondering how much taxpayer money we spend on spying on ourselves).

Should people be paid the same amount of money. No matter how well educated you are and what job you have. And Why?

My son was a victim of armed robbery a couple of nights ago. The 17 year old took fifty dollars from my son and held him at gun point. The kid picked the wrong person because my son is very observant and was able to pick him out of the school's yearbooks the next morning. He was caught and arrested. If we choose to prosecute (which the state will do anyhow) my son will have to face this criminal. I'm concerned that if his friends are present then they may come after my son and do God knows what! What is your advice?

My ten commandments of driving

#1 Thou shalt not tailgate.
#2 thou shalt not have your turn signal on for miles if you're not turning!
#3 Thou shalt get all snow /ice of the top of your car before getting into traffic!
#4 Thou shalt not merge into traffic and go straight into the speeding lane.
#5Thou shalt not rubberneck (get going).
#6 Thou shalt not drive under the speed limit (even though its 25).
#7 Thou shalt not keep braking for no apparent reason.
#8Thou shalt not have your music blasting so loud ,I can't hear mines!

You guys fill in the other two.

I was driving down the street today and I saw a teenager wearing a sign that said, "I shoplift, I lie to my parents and I don't go to school" What do you think of having a teenager wear a sign like that for a form of punishment?

my sister and her husband do all they can, but they barely get by. Their daughter has a congenital bone disease and it requires my sister to be home providing around the clock care. Her husband works sixty hours a week, but they barely get their bills paid. They are going through a rent to own place to purchase my niece's bed because they couldn't afford one outright and they pay every 2 weeks. They were late with their payment last time but did get the payment in on Tuesday. On Friday, the repo guy showed up because of a misunderstanding, but he called the office from their home and realized he wasn't supposed to take the bed. He then told them their next payment was due Monday and asked for a check to hold for the next payment. They don't have a checking account, but told him they'd be in Monday with cash. He lectured them about their payments and left. Later on, my sister had to run to the store to get some depends for my niece and he was in there- off the clock- and (continued)

I am up to date with the payments and have never missed a payment. Today I recieved a Bailliff's letter claiming the whole original amount. Fees for the letter have been added and the letter threatens to add on huge costs if the Bailliff's have to come out to enforce it.

I have proof that there is an agreement with the CSA for me to pay a set amount by standing order and I have bank statements showing that the money has been paid to the CSA every month as per the agreement.

I cannot afford a solicitor. I am very worried about all these extra charges that the Bailliffs are adding. What do I do?

There would be so much I would want to change. Some examples are
1. The judical system, there would be no time of for good behaviour, you weren't good to be there in the first place.
Also no lesser sentence for pleading guilty, just cause it saves money.
Life would mean life, even if we had to build more prison. I recently heard an interview on the radio, can't remember by whom said that we can't possiably have prison's full of O.A.P prisoners. Why not ?
2) Raise the age for most thing's like marriage etc to 21years
3) Bring back national service ,if your not in employment, training, or futher education by the time you leave school then you are called up
4) More money ploughed into Hospitals, Schools, Eldery etc
The list would go on and on.
What would you change ?

Read that, and please tell me how you can justify by "law", the giving by a COURT of 200 lashes for a woman who was GANG RAPED by several men!?!? Because she was caught "alone" in the company of unrelated men. EXCUSE ME??? She was RAPED by the idiots? Okay they were sentenced too -- but MY GOD she was the victim! She was also in the car at the time of her exboyfriend (OMIGOD -- what a travesty!), and the gang raped them BOTH. But she gets the most severe punishment? What kind of ***-backwards "justice" is that?

Sharia law -- not just for extremists anymore! (But nuts I'd say!) Then in Ontario, we had a minority that wanted to introduce special Sharia law tribunals in ONTARIO CANADA! Can you believe this? Thank GOD the government quashed that idea but fast, but I cannot believe the gall that some have thinking they can come to a new and loving country to further spread their idiocy instead of respecting the CORRECT rule of humane, secular law. And no, normal, loving, secular-law-abiding Muslims are not included in this group or post above.

Thoughts on this article? Sorry for the rant, can’t believe how angry this makes me as a loving Christian…

I have been working for a social work on a agency on a special project for a year for 11 hours one day a month. They had now written to myself and the other two workers on this project to say that our hourly pay rate is being cut. I know that they agency are not obliged to continue to provide us with work, however, I am wondering if we have any protection with regard to our pay on this project, which we are all very commited too.
