I would rather be a prosecutor because I wouldn't be able in good conscience defend someone like O. J. Simpson.

Neither, they both are legal criminals. A good friend of mine is/was an Asst. Prosecutor and he started his criminal carries with it. Now I' want nothing to do with him and the last time I saw him, I had my hand on my gun all the time.
