There would be so much I would want to change. Some examples are
1. The judical system, there would be no time of for good behaviour, you weren't good to be there in the first place.
Also no lesser sentence for pleading guilty, just cause it saves money.
Life would mean life, even if we had to build more prison. I recently heard an interview on the radio, can't remember by whom said that we can't possiably have prison's full of O.A.P prisoners. Why not ?
2) Raise the age for most thing's like marriage etc to 21years
3) Bring back national service ,if your not in employment, training, or futher education by the time you leave school then you are called up
4) More money ploughed into Hospitals, Schools, Eldery etc
The list would go on and on.
What would you change ?

First and foremost, IF I were PM, I would attend a GOOD man-management course of the callibre of Sandhurst.

Then I would ensure that EVERY member in my Government also attended a similar man-management course - during the long summer break.

The rest of the Party of the Day in Government I would send on private man-management courses and each of them would contribute to the cost of thier compulsary course by way of show of thier commitment to the public.

Politicians are in it simple for the power, and many many many of them just have not got a clue how to manage such power and responsibility.

Simple as.

They would be expected to work AS A TEAM not an individual, and for the better of thier constituency NOT themselves.

The rest will follow... and Systems will be better organised and more efficient.

Simple as.

I wouldn't do any of them:

1) If there were no lesser sentence for those who pleaded guilty every single case would go to court. What on earth is the point of such a blatant waste of public money?

2) Teenagers today are quite able to make decisions like these by the age of 16. If you make it 21 most will break teh law to be with those they love.

3) This will be an encouragement to wage further wars.

4) Ploughing money in is just wasting money. First you need a better plan, only then do you spend and you spend carefully

If I was a Prime Minister, the very first thing I would do is make sure the elderly are taken care of and that hospitals and schools would have the best services and money to educate kids. Education that is excellent will result in less prison sentences and there would be no need for more prisons.

John Howard (Rudds predecessor) mentioned precisely the comparable ingredient. And its the fashion of uncomplicated experience right this moment speaking that i understand from Australians. The feeble British government might by no potential say some thing like that as decrease than multiculturalism we cant. Its in straightforward terms been some years considering we gave up on intergration and replaced it with variety. And ive little question this wont make the British information as each and every close by Brit would be calling for our government to declare the comparable ingredient. it style of feels that actual everyone commenting in this situation isn't in some multicultural triggered dream-state and is commonplace with of the subject concerns and how vulnerable our government is. yet shall we manage it human beings and not in straightforward terms communicate, accepted election in some months - and that i dont advise merely vote tory.

With all this money ploughed into hospitals, schools, prisons, military service, law enforcement, courts what would you cut to pay for it all.

Or would I have to leave the country?

Edit : Sure there's mucho money wasted, but I need to see where it's been saved before I can vote for you!
