I work at a grocery store and have a ucfw union, here is the thing i want to file a aggrevment however its spelled can someone explain to me what happens after i file it. im filing it because my manager scheduled someone below me in sinority to be off on a sunday and scheduled me to work when i have more sinority. and also can someone show me what a aggrevment looks like.

No wonder our economy is going into the toilet. This kind of petty crap is the perfect example. If we as a people had any collective sense we'd abolish the National Labor Relations Board.

This is what's wrong with the world.. Holy hell..

Maybe the person below you requested that Sunday off for some reason. Maybe they're going to see a dying Grandmother in another town? Is it really that big of a deal?

This is the reason prices are so high on everything- because everyone's got their money cut off paying legal and union fees and salaries to people like you that don't know what life is all about.

Is your contract specific about Sunday work as it concerns seniority or has there been a precedence of working only the lowest seniority workers on Sunday by the company?
If not, your grievance probably won't be worth the effect of filing it.

Typical union member. Thinking only of themselves and not of the needs of the company. That's why I will not allow unions or union workers in my business.
