I'm doing an editorial against littering.
I already have a lot of ideas as to why someone would not want to litter( negative effects to the environment and such...),
but i can't think of any reason why someone WOULD want to litter...
are they just too lazy and not care? or what are other reasons someone would be alright with littering?

help? please?

EVERYONE knows that it goes on, and for many guys(and some girls) it is one of the main attractions. It is legal all throughout nevada, except the one place that people do it the most? Makes no sense. I am not talking about the morality of it, because there is nothing wrong with it, but more on the business side. Does it help the industry when it is illegal because guys get a bigger thrill?

My daughter uses her father's last name. He presented a fake marriage certificate when I gave birth, which I was totally unaware of, and to my surprise, my baby had his last name. What can I do to have my baby's last name changed? I've googled it but all I can find was about a name change due to typo-errors.

Why aren't the men punished in countries where women are, for rape and committing adultery.
It takes two for those things to happen...Do the men think they were enticed to do it...or is it just sexism....Don't they have any women in GOVERNMENT that can change it so there is no harsh punishment for this ???

hello, my friend, who is 17, got a theft violation ticket in texas. in texas, she is counted as an adult as she is 17. She has to make arrangements to go to court, but we are trying to figure out what we can do to to get it off the record? It was under 50 dollars for what she stole, and she returned it. Is there a way she can get this off her record? (It was at walmart). We are trying to look this up online, but cannot find it. We dont really have time for people to make comments about how stupid she was. so please consider that. we just want to know the consequences. thanks in advance.

If you're white, black, brown, yellow, pink or orange and English, German, Polish, Greek, Asian, African or from the planet Pluto, it doesn't bother me.

But when I'm out and about shopping, I like to have a chat with the cashier when buying my goods. So I tend to choose a till with a white English speaking person because I can't understand what some others say.

I'm not avoiding other people because of colour or race, just because of trying to communicate with them.

Is that racist? I hope not.

Who is the man??

Ok so basically what happened is I was a live-in nanny for a few wks ( left because of sexual harassment) I was living in a gated condo community. I ended up leaving and moving to Cali. Before I left I called the front of the condo assoc. and asked if my car could be parked there for the month it would take me to get it and they said that was fine since it wasn't disrupting traffic. So anyways It got towed!!! I live in Los Angeles now so this was very bad for me as I have a full time position there. Well they broke the statute by towing it too far away. They towed it 13 miles instead of the 10 and there were many inside the 10 mile radius. They have been very rude and their lawyer replied to me with. " The Association does not agree with your recitation of the facts or
interpretation of the law. It will not reimburse you for the costs you
incur to release your vehicle." Please help!!!! I need to leave for Cali tomorrow!!!! Thank you all.

with the recent washington d.c. case possibly coming before the court i find it hard to believe that they will do the proper, legal thing and declare gun rights both a state and individual right. The constitution makes it pretty clear, as do the individual writings of many of the framers that while the states do indeed need the right to a well organized militia, that those militias historically and today are made up of un-enlisted free individuals and that historically (both at the time the constitution was written, and today around the world) those individual brought thier own weapons to battle. All of this is particularly easy for the court to decide in this day and age as currently the federal gov. controls the states national guard units, they are only headed by an officer appointed by the individual states. Under the constitution this would make the militias arms of the federal gov. and therefor not militias. federal troops not likely to fight fed troops!

I am currently upset and fretting about the exposure of my details, and the government is responsible for my state of unease. Like any other entity, they should be sanctioned for this. Outside the polling booth, how can this be achieved? Can we form a class action to sue? Can someone with the time and the technical nouse form an e-petition or website to this end?
