I don't know but I love an answer I read the other day. To get your driver's license revoked requires terminal stupidity. Hahahaha.

Paris Hilton did jail time for just that, its called contempt of court when you refuse to obey a court order.

It depends on what state you are in.
In Minnesota, it can definitely get you probation, community work service or sentence to service (work crew), fines, or a very light jail sentence.
