i've got faith the three year age distinction applies to circumstances wherein the two events are under the age of consent. In Texas the age of consent is 17 so sure that would desire to be statutory.

To Kiker: The New Mexico law is a little fuzzier. The AOC is as low as 13 if the other party is under 18. Once the older person is over 18, the AOC is 4 years less than the older person. yes in texas it is 17 for male and 18 for female...there are some stipulations in that in the state though
