Heya, last night at 5am suddenly loads of noise started upstairs, they randomly put on 1 song really loudly, then after that I heard someone, who must be the size of an elephant, jumping up and down and walking around thudding their feet, it was so loud my ceiling was creaking. Then they started playing guitar and wailing along to it, after about half an hr a taxi pulled up, someone yelled like a caveman out of the window at him, then I heard the fat guy fall down, get up and run down the stairs and get into it. I've never heard footsteps from upstairs before so this friend of theirs must have been huge cos it was soooo loud. When I got up this morning I noticed he'd left the front door to the building wide open! After that there was no noise but by this time I was wide awake. They did this the night before but last night was worse. I was just about to put on some loud music so they got the hint, but luckily then that fat guy went home. Any suggestions for if it happens again?

I use to be a free lance litigation lawyer, but i recently gave it up to work for a new but solid loan servicing company. I earn more, but I am now more low profile, because the company is just new. My family and friends keep telling me that I made a mistake, they say i should have pursued my litigation career, or that i should not gamble in this new company. Why are they tellingme those things? Its really discouraging.

I'm curious to know that if by law, I would suffer any consequences for traveling with my son out of state (not out of the country!) Without his father's written consent?
The father and I are not married, nor living together, but he has signed the Paternity Rights form when our child was born.

Would I run into any trouble if I were to travel with my son?
BTW, he's 3 months old.

Thanks!

Brussels bureaucrats dictate & our parliaments rubber stamp everything eminating from that august body, we are indeed like a colony of older days, where instructions used to come from the home country parliament by people who did not even know the conditions in the colony, witness the UK & Ireland have been allowed to keep their pounds / inches etc, how kind of the brussels masters, anyhow this all being the case is there any reason why the UK should still support hordes of MP,s , royalty & all the trappings of the UK system, as they are only rubber stamers for some has been useless brussels very costly politicians

he hasn't paid a single cent. Right now, my mom said he owes up over $80,000 for the last 18 or so years. The problem is that he moved away and the Florida child support place can't find him to make him pay. The government can find him to send him social security checks, I can find his address online by typing his name in at any people finder website, but for some reason, they cant find him. My family could really use some extra money right now. What should I do.

Since a few years medical standards have been fallen to the depths. Hospitals want to treat you if you have Insurance, companies provide emplyees with medical insurance to protect them as they are valuable, but doctors think the insured money belongs to them.

A. Medical companies sell at gross profits - give doctors parties, travel tours apart from other trimmings et al

B. Labs, scanning ccentres pay doctors upto 40% to refer patients even if not needed (why else do doctors give discounts, its from their commissions)

C. Operations are done even if not needed

D. Wrong prescriptions given at time of discharge, so patients return and doctros can further rip off the Insurance which belongs to them!!!

People raise your voice, write in to governments, it's for our own benefit. I would even ask those who think nothing will come out of it, to email or write in to your governments, whichever country you are in. A mass appeal will have to be looked into.

what would you do if you were diagnosed with a hernia and Dr.M was recommended you see the Dr and schedule surgery. 2 days after the operation you end up back in the hospital to find out the dr nicked your bowel and toxins are running through your body. Dr H who is a partner of Dr.M takes you back into the O.R to put your bowel back together and you now have a cholostomy. ! month later Dr M operates again to reverse the ostomy, a week later your back @ the hospital because the stiches from the ostomy came undone. Back in the OR with Dr H you have another ostomy done and a huge hole where the old one was Dr H does 2nd reversal and everythings ok till you have abdominal pain and your told it's muscles healing but after a trip to the er you find out you have a couple abcesses, now 9 mo after the first operation you just got out of the hospital yet again and you have drains sticking out of you. What would you do to these Dr's????????????

. . . have been arrested and/or shut down.

Why?

The answer is that only those who have a contract with the federal government are subject to federal law. Every corporation or licensed retailer has a contract with the federal government or subsidiary of the federal government, and therefore, cannot legally sell marijuana to those with a Dr's prescription.

Also, those with a prescription who have a contract with the fed cannot legally buy it.

The supreme law of the land is the Constitution, but you can voluntarily give up constitutional rights by contract, and most people have.

I guess the question is "Do you agree?".
