not legally but there are many things they make up cause someone pisses them off, they can hold you for a warrant search if they really wanted to, but it can get thrown out ,
its still a half hour of your life wasted

Cops can arrest you for anything they want to arrest you for. They don't care if you're going to be set free in a couple of hours, because they just showed you who was boss for that fleeting moment.

Depends if the cops are assholes then most likely they will arrest you, if they arent they will tell you to stop. If you are screaming it from the top of your lungs you could be arrested for disturbing the peace.

Yes. Specially if you act suspicious that you may be intoxicated or if you're with a rowdy group or... if you are a minor...
Don't do it if you're driving or as a passenger... The cops will catch as the cowboy does to the little calf in a rodeo..!
