If I am attacked while pregnant and in result of the attack lose my child, the attacker cannot be charged for murder because the child was unborn, no matter how far along I am. Along the same lines, If I am murdered while pregnant, the murderer can only be charged with one murder instead of two because the baby was unborn. This is how the rulings have been in a few cases I have studied, and they were within the past few recent years, whereas 15 years ago, the attacker or murderer would be charged with the baby's death. And the result of these new rulings have been explained as the fault of pro-choice believers wanting this type of ruling so that there is no indication in any law that gives an unborn baby any rights, therefore seeing it as a "growth" or "tumor". So have I studied correctly? Am I losing my rights for receiving justice for my dead baby?

Is crime within races,or against majority races/ethnicities performed out of love? And why should the criminal in a hate crime be punished anymore than a criminal in a non hate crime? Why should the punishment be based upon the victim instead of the crime?

I purchased an investment property in Baltimore, MD. Once the tenants moved out, it was discovered that they were stealing electricity. There was a meter on the house either. Should I report the previous owner? If so, how and to who? Or should I simply deal with it?

Imagine that you work for a company that is managed entirely on the principles outlined in The Prince. What would this company be like? Describe it from the point of view of an entry-level employee. How would this person be treated, and what could they expect from the company? Then describe it from the point of view of an executive. How would this executive view the employees, and what would this executive’s relations with others be like? Consider the company’s competitors. If they were also Machiavellian companies, what would interactions between the companies be like? How would a non-Machiavellian company fare against a Machiavellian one?

Thanks.

Yesterday a stranger came to my door wanting my homeowners insurance, claims she fell on my sidewalk. No one saw her and she did not seek medical help. Plans to on Monday. There is a 5/8 inch uneven square on the walk. Just like about 20 on my street. Does anyone know if homeowners will pay. I'm almost thinking she is a scamer. Any ideas?

I have a residence order and my ex-husband has contact at alternate weekends and one evening per week. Now our daughter has started secondary school, he is stating he will be picking her up from the bus stop every day against my wishes. Does anyone know what steps I need to take to prevent him from doing this or where I could obtain free legal advice (I work but am unable to afford to pay solicitors fees)?

This security guard lied on me. We had a friendly conversation. For a total of 40 minutes. I never spoke to him again. 3 weeks later he reported me and I was suspended. M y boss hates me any way so this was right up her alley. I believe he might started liking me. I don't know. He seem angry because I did not conversate with him any more. My boss wouldnt even tell me what I did wrong. My boss told me that he said, I said something immpropriate. Neither boss wanted to spend any time telling me what I was suspend for. I live any michigan and there are no jobs. My bosses act as if they did not want to hear my side of the story. They told me they are investigating but wouldn't quite tell me what, nor ask to hear my side of the story. I heard he wrote that said something sexual and I heard from people on my job. I am still on suspension. They lied and told me it was a 3 day suspension. That was a lie, they trick me into coming in just find out I was not on schedule. What can I do ?

I was recently put in jail for public intoxication and battery. Here's what happened. I went to a bar with some friends and decided to leave alone (stupid). On my walk home, I fell off a 3 foot embankment onto a parking lot. I was pretty cut up and some people flagged down a cop driving by (no one I know). The cop made me go to the hospital. At the hospital, I gave them a lot of problems and was not cooperative. One nurse tried to undo my pants so I could go to the bathroom and I slapped her and away (hence the battery charge). I eventually got cleaned up, but after I was released, I was arrested and taken to jail and put under suicide watch. While in jail, a female guard forced me to strip naked in plain view with 4 male guards watching. I was also refused medical attention despite asking and my eye being swollen shut. I was pepper sprayed and not given a clean towel to wipe it out with. They had to buzz me into the bathroom, and began to ignore my requests to go after a few hours.

Topic...I've wanted nunchucks all my life and I'm just starting to look into it. Are they illegal to have? Obviously, you can't use them as a weapon unless forced into self-defense but I don't know anything about it. Where would you buy real nunchucks (non foam)? I've checked ebay and all I can find are foam practice ones. Anyone have knowledge about nunchucks?

I'm tired of having to press 1 for English. Tired of paying more for bills to be printed in English and one, two and even three other languages when I only need the bill in English. We all pay for this. Do you think that English should be the only recognized language in the United States? Do you think that if someone wants their bills printed in a language other than English they should have to pay more? Are you just tired of it all?
