You can't get sentenced on charges, only on convictions. This whole thing stinks like a set-up. Since one of the early interviews was with Goldman, despite the fact it has nothing to do with him, and he was all dressed up for the interview, it looks even more like a set-up. C'mon, does the guy dress for the camera 7 days a week because he thinks there could be an OJ interview at any time, or was he ready for it?
Let's let the authorities do their thing, shall we? Maybe we can get some new racist cops and evidence left out for anybody to play with.
Plus, how did there just happen to be a tape recorder set up and recording? Does everybody set up recorders in case OJ busts in, or was he expected? Why can the guy interviewed identify his voice, and OJ's voice, but he can't verify the tape hasn't been altered? How about the fact OJ went to check on his memorabila, and, when he got there, realized he knew the guys that had his stuff, they weren't strangers to him? Why was OJ arrested and held without bail, when he had no gun himself, but one of the guys with him was immediately released on his own recognizance? Set-up, set-up, set-up!!
Plus, I have now found out the guy with the tape recorder set up was the guy that called OJ to tell him where his stolen stuff was! In other words, OJ was lured to the hotel room where the tape recorder was all ready to go! Set-up, set-up! set-up!!

None probably. He'll find a lawyer who will say it was someone wearing an OJ mask and he'll get off free of charge again.

he's innocent until proven guilty. Asking these sort of questions is getting way ahead of the game.
