I don't think her getting pregnant means you automatically can stop paying. You would have to take the mother of your child back to court, and change the agreement. In some states, the teen is amansapated upon getting pregnant, and I'm not sure about Ohio law.

Could be different in Ohio, but I'm in England and I'm pretty sure that you'd still have to pay. Even if it's not obligitory, I'd say do it anyway, if your daughter's pregnant she'll probably need all the support she can get.

Yes until 18?If she is a minor than you know have another 1>But if she is under the legal age than go after the father for criminal acts>& child support >Best talk to the States attorney office>Age is the issue>??

She still has to follow the terms of the child support order, unless she motions to modify it.
