Can a person get out of a 2-year contract with a gym if they frequently have cool hot-tub?

Was it in the contract you signed that they would provide a hot tub, or can you tie their brochure to the contract? If so, I would think it would be at least a partial breech of contract. Something you could threaten with in small claims and intimidate them into agreeing to cancel...
