I was recently put in jail for public intoxication and battery. Here's what happened. I went to a bar with some friends and decided to leave alone (stupid). On my walk home, I fell off a 3 foot embankment onto a parking lot. I was pretty cut up and some people flagged down a cop driving by (no one I know). The cop made me go to the hospital. At the hospital, I gave them a lot of problems and was not cooperative. One nurse tried to undo my pants so I could go to the bathroom and I slapped her and away (hence the battery charge). I eventually got cleaned up, but after I was released, I was arrested and taken to jail and put under suicide watch. While in jail, a female guard forced me to strip naked in plain view with 4 male guards watching. I was also refused medical attention despite asking and my eye being swollen shut. I was pepper sprayed and not given a clean towel to wipe it out with. They had to buzz me into the bathroom, and began to ignore my requests to go after a few hours.

At one point I had to go pee so bad, I couldn't hold it and had to pee in the corner of my cell. They refused to allow me to call anyone. I was in jail for over 12 hours before permitted to call my stepmom or lawyer. I was also refused water and had to drink out of the sink. I tried being cooperative after I was sober. They heckled me and told me I "beat up a nurse" and that they weren't going to let me see the nurse. It was basically the worst 24 hours of my life. I now have cuts and bruises everywhere and feel totally humiliated and violated. But I am not sure which of my rights were violated or what my rights are now, since I was drunk, and under suicide watch.

I know i was stupid for being drunk in public, yes that is my fault. I am aware that I did break the law, and yes, I did deserve to go to jail. But I am not asking for a lecture or to be heckled. I am asking for honest help because I need to know what my options are. Thank you for understanding.

I don't know what rights were violated, but if I were you I would quit drinking. Sounds like that was the cause of your problems, not the Cops.

None. But for you being intoxicated in public, none of the problems would have occurred. It is entirely your fault.

Your rights weren't violated. You acted like an ignorant douchebag when police tried to help you and were treated accordingly.

You should probably be asking this question to a lawyer, if you did, in fact, experience such a thing.
