I think I would see if the Golden Rule applies. If it seems to apply, I would think that there are moral implications.

A "moral" decision is one based on a combination of factors, most notably the factors related to how the decision works with or against spiritual upbringing (good vs. evil), the laws of the country in which you live, and the way such a decision would affect you, personally. By that last, I mean whether or not you would be comfortable "in your own skin" living with the results of such a choice.
Granted, a psychopath would have no problem with killing someone for nothing more than a "funny" look, but the majority of people could never do something like that because, at the least, it is an overly extreme reaction to a very minor insult. Still, I think you get the overall idea. Hope I was able to offer some help.
