Mess their head up...find out who your state representative is, contact him/her and ask if this is legal (it's not) and if he can help or give advice. Do it...do not go down without a fight.

Go to the CEO or the Company Boss above your boss and put in a request for hearing. To suspend you generally you need to have had prior verbal and then written warning before suspension! Ask to read your file this is your privilege. If you did not do this protest the action. However when a Company has set their sites to get rid of you; if it isn't this it will be that, one way or another the power tripping manager over you will foul you up and get you fired. So look for another job and do yourself a favor so you don't have the stress. Good luck!

If half the people you think are against you actually are, then you're never going to work out in that job. I'm not sure of the laws in Michigan, but in most states, they are required to inform you of exactly what the offense is, at a minimum, before you get any kind of executive punishment.

go to the person who directly hired you, or the immediate supervisor
contact your u.s. eeoc representative
research other avenues
it's hard to make sense out of your story. so it's hard to tall if you did anything wrong to get yourself into this situation or not. if you ask for another chance, and get it, you will probably have to be more careful about being "appropriate" whatever that means. so if you get eeoc to help you, union, or any outside source, be careful about being appropriate the way you state the situation. hopefully you will get your job back.

Blackballing is done in upper crust clubs like the Shrine. A black ball is a negative vote. A white ball is a positive vote.
It's rarely used any more.
What you are describing is basic backstabbing.

You need to find a new job. I know that times are tough, but you need to get away from these people, they are not going to change.
