Apparently, there’s a Chicago female undercover cop so bored with her job as a "prostitute" that she slapped the cuffs on a motorist stopped on the street with his wife in the car and his adult daughter running back to the car after a brief stop (yet the cop, obedient to the script, swore that he had asked for sex)

So should anything happen to the cop? What do you think?

My mother passed away when I was 9 years old, and my family had her buried in her hometown, where she was born and raised.
The problem is, she HATED it in Fresno, and I don't think it's right for her to be buried there. I was in Fresno over the weekend, and i went to visit her, only to find that over the last ten years, only one person in the family has visited her, and that she STILL has no headstone.
So I spoke with my mom's twin (the only one who visits her) and asked if I had her blessing in exhuming my mother's body to Newport Beach (her favorite city). I also asked my brother (he was the executor of her estate), and he said that he'd purchase a headstone, and that I had his blessing to have her moved.

Now, I'm just wondering, how do I go about doing that?
And please, no answers of "I should leave her be," Fresno is the LAST place that she'd want her body laid to rest.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

I recently discovered (completely by accident) one of the new hires who reports to me is getting compensated more than me. I have much more responsibility than him and I do not understand why he's getting paid more than me. I am his direct supervisor. Is this ever ok? Could I get fired if I bring this to my manager's attention? What should I do?

I was alone at a bar and a guys started picking on me, I had a lot to drink that night too, I didn't provoke his attention nor egged him on.

It got to the point in my mind that I feared for my saftey

I struck the guy in the face a good 5 times with my car keys

I'm about 5'4" 120 lbs and have no priors, I'm mild manored, I've taught in elementary school, I'm a college student and plan to join the navy after school.

what are the chances I'm going to jail

what are the chances that I get the felony droped to a misdemnor on grounds that I was in self defense mode

would I have a right to call this self defense

he did not push or hit me first but he was being verbal to the point where I though it might go that way

I didn't consciously use my keys, it all happen so fast and without thought.

I am really upset over what I did

any advice, I'm getting a lawyer

thanks

I got a ticket today because I "failed to stop" even though I wasn't doing anything wrong, and he was trying to get the guy in front of me for speeding. well i told him that i didn't think it was safe for me to pull over in the middle of the road. so the other guy and me both turned onto a off road and pulled into a parking lot. well that guy just got off with a speeding ticket and i was ticketed for failure to stop, well he made me get out of the car in the rain and everything. what is the law in texas on this?

William J. Barnes, a 71-year-old ex-convict who served 20 years for shooting rookie Philadelphia Police Officer Walter T. Barclay, has now been charged with murder in the 41-year-old case.

Authorities quietly charged Barnes on Sunday after Barclay - who was paralyzed when Barnes shot him on Nov. 27, 1966 - died last month at age 64.

Is this fair or not? What do you think and why?

A few months ago, my grandmother passed away and left in her will that all the assets be divided up and distributed equally between her four children. For the past year while she's been in poor health, I've been living in her house taking care of it and watching over her things. After she passed away, I decided that i wanted to buy the house. As of right now, my aunt and her husband who live in Louisiana are making things difficult by saying they don't want me to live in the house, and won't pass approval on it. Can anyone explain to me what legal strategy or action I can take to ensure that i am entitled to buy the house?

If this seems vague, i'll try my best to clear things up through your questions. Yahoo answers has never let me down before, and i know you guys won't know. Thank you for hearing me out. God bless.

Choosing to call to schedule an interview for an obvious asian man and not an obvious hispanic man. What i mean by this is that I had a feeling that I was being discriminated against based on my race, which is obvious by my name, so what I did was sent the exact same resume to an employer and simply changed the last name to an obvious asian last name, Kim. I never got a call back for the hispanic named resume even after having submitted my resume and waiting two weeks, but received a reponse on the next working day for the asian last name resume. They left a voice mail on my phone in response to my resume, at this point I did not know whether it was for my hispanic name RESUME 1 or my asian name RESUME 2. I called back the emplyer and discovered they had called for resume 2, so they said hi, is this Richard Kim, I said no, this is Richard Blank, and we continued speaking and I scheduled an interview for this Thursday.
