First, you need to research your order. I went to skateamerica.com, and you should be able to look up your order status by logging into your account.
If you have previously placed an order, then you already have an Account and Password that was automatically setup for you. Use the Forgot Password link to access your password.
If that doesn't work, use the link below.
Finally, assuming that you used a credit card, you can always refuse the charge on your card by contacting your credit card company, and contact the Better Business Bureau to report the bad business.

I personally will not do business with anyone that does not give a phone number. Next time keep that in mind.
You are right however the site gives no phone number. However I found this nifty piece of info about the web registrant.
Registrant Contact:
Skate America
John Klippel (john@montanatraders.com)
+1.4067527776
Fax:
11057 Eaton Way
Stanton, CA 90680
US
I would call him until you get the number for his client. He put his name up there. Who knows, he may own the site.

Theft.
And depending on the amount of money involved, it could be Felony Theft.
Oops - WHO do you call. I just re-read the question. Better business bureau, your CC company to reverse the charge. I THINK you have to call the police that are in the local area of the Company

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, call them and ask to cancel the transaction because you didn't receive the product. That may do the trick.

Before you order you can check their credibility through the Better Business Bureau. If you think you have been defrauded contact the computer fraud at your local Police Dept.

if you paid with a credit card of debit card, contact your bank.
If you paid another form, such as check, money order, or wire transfer (hopefully not the wire transfer), contact your states attorney office, and the states attorney office where the company is located.
