I under stand there is a patient advocate for one who is haveing problems with his/her care while in the hospital. now, when one is haveing problems with his attorney,and talking does not settle the problem, is there a advocate type person that can help me with my attorney????

Some more details as to what kind of problem you are having wold help with answering your question.

I will assume you are talking about a disagreement about the handling of your case. If you have already tried talking to your attorney directly and that has not addressed the problem, you could fire the attorney. If the attorney has engaged in misconduct you can report him to the state officials in charge of attorney supervision (Bar Overseers, Disciplinary Committee, Grievance Committee, etc).
