My mom died last year and she left my brother and I everything because I was 20 and Zac was her son. Well my family took it upon themselves to um..take over my stuff even though the will states that I can do it myself. Well now at 21 I find myself without the money from my house and without alot my stuff because my family took it or sold it. What can I do?

You go to the Probate Court and, if some other member of the family was Executor as it sounds, ask for an accounting. The Executor must be able to account for every penny and every piece of property and other possessions.

I would say you would have to file charges of theft against them and or sue them and pray they didn't spend all the money. If you were 19 when your mother died they should not have been able to do this without your permission. I would definitely contact a Attorney. They might be forced to sell their home or something in order to make restitution to you and your brother.
