I know of a person (friend) who worked FT (dr says only pt) for a year.

Once Disability gets around to checking into it, they may turn it over to the DA for prosecution of fraud.

That's a very noble action to stick your neck out to uphold the law. Just go down to your local police station and speak to an officer about it. Just because it's related to the VA doesn't give it any kind of special jurisdiction. However, before you go accusing this person, it would be wise to ensure you have all the facts. Could this person maybe have told you he receives disability from this particular disease because he's embarrassed by what it really is, and is trying to cover it up? Please ensure that you have all the facts. There is always more than what meets the eye. You could possibly end up revoking medical care for an innocent man.

Where they being paid disability? If so, you should turn them in for fraud.

they will get in big trouble, and have to pay back all the money that they recieved. and possibly a jail sentence.
