to get her here, iv'e been married almost 7 years now and really at this point we don't even care about her being an american citizen anymore, we just want to be together at our home before we die of old age waiting for a visa, we plan to return to her country to retire later so what should we do to get past all the crazy red tape and just go on with our life together, this is really a bad thing to wait for a visa its not worth the distruction to my familys happyness, can anyone tell me of a better way for what i'm trying to do, thanks so much.

Is this true or not I found this posted on a site I go to all the time? I could not find a real posting for it only sites claiming it came from Detroit Free Press Magazine ,July 15, 1990

He (Ted Nugent) claims that 30 days before his draft board physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last 10 days, he ingested nothing but Vienna sausages and Pepsi; and a week before his physical, he stopped using bathrooms altogether, virtually living inside pants caked with his own excrement, stained by his urine. That spectacle won Nugent a deferment, he says. "... but if I would have gone over there, I'd have been killed, or I'd have killed, or I'd killed all the hippies in the foxholes...I would have killed everybody." - Detroit Free Press Magazine ,July 15, 1990

Our high school soccer field is surrounded by houses. We have put up netting behind each goal at least 50-60 feet high, but each season we seem to loose 3 or 4 game balls ($120 each) and 10-20 ($25 each) practice balls in one neighbors yards who will not give them back even after we have tried asking nicely.

My 22 year old son was murdered June 11, 2007. The murder was caught on video tape at a local gas station. The suspect remained a fugitive for almost 2 months. He was arrested, hiding in an abdoned crack house on August 4, 2007. We've gone to court twice now and practically his entire family show up with "attitude" rolling eyes, smacking lips, saying and mumbling things, starring and grimming us. We don't feel intimidated for the most part. But you would think they would be humble and why say anything to us. We are hurt enough. My son was killed in "cold blood". Their son is charged with Murder in the 1st. This is the most ignorant and low mentality family I have sat this close to. How about this, the mother of this low life got arrest right in the court room on this past Friday on a felony warrant. The judge did dismiss us and let no one hear the preliminary exam because of threats to the witnesses, etc. so he let us go first and get off the property and made them wait 20 minutes.

In 2002 I quit school to work full-time. I was 16 and just became a father so I we the money. When I quit I was 1 credit short of graduating so I decided to take the credit through correspondence (at home). I finished the course and passed but the day I wrote the exam at my school, the school told me the due to changes in the curriculum I would now need another course. I fought this for years writing my MP, MLA and even the minister of Education but they all said they couldn't help me. Earlier this year a new Minster of Education was appointed and I wrote her an email explaining my case and she found out that it was a mistake because the curriculum wasn't to take effect until September 2003 and I wrote my exam in August 2003. The way I see it I wasted 4 years of my life not being able to apply for colleges or job that require a high school dipolma. I been working at **** jobs and letting the great jobs pass me by due to and error. Do you think I have a case??

Mr. Beck went to David Jones and grabbed a sweater which costs $99. However, when he wants to pay for it at the counter, the cashier said that the actual price of the sweater is $199, and said there could be some typographical error, which caused the price tag attached to the sweater to be marked $99. In addition, the sweater was the last available stock in the retail store. Can Mr. Beck insists that he wants to buy the sweater at a price of $99 rather than $199? Does David Jones/the cashier have the right not to sell to Mr. Beck? Why and why not?

I am a mom of a seventeen year old girl, I got divorced in 1993 when she was only three years old. Her father was ordered to pay $142.00 a week to us. He was great at his obligations to his child untill she got to be 10 years of age. At time he remarried and stopped paying the support order. I have tried with out any success for seven years to collect monies owed. He currently owes fifty-two thousand three hundred and twenty-two dollars in back pay. I hear all these stories of the moms taking the dad to the cleaners, let me tell you how it has been for me, I took him to court the first time and he lied to the courts and told them he pre-payed me, they told me it was my duty to prove that he did not pay not him that has to prove he paid and was told to come back, then I had him served twice and he was a no show, and they told me I served him wrong, I tried a support agency for two years, still nothing. we go back to court this week, Im hoping that the system does not fail me again.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement (which is simply a thought experiment):

"Rights (human rights, right to reply, right to a phone call etc) are given to people via the law of the land. Therefore, when it has been proven that someone has broken the law of the land, they should lose those rights."

Or in other words, "no/reduced rights for criminals". What do you think? Agree or disagree?

I know it seems like that is the only way it was ever done historically but to be married and the act of marriage is really a legal matter that binds two people legally and based on that it seems a justice of the peace is the proper way to be married.

Ok people so please dont judge;
If U use a blue hangtag in a parking area that is free public parking BUT limited to 4 hours is it illegal? I work for a company that does not have anywhere U can park for free, there's employee parking but that cost $30-35...and i'm broke. I only work for 5 hours and this parking area is about 2 minutes away..I was told that If I use the tag I can park my entire shift w/ no trouble? There are other places to park but It would cost me between $10-13 per/5 day; Soooo... I'm just wondering if I'm making a mistake or if this will work out for me untill I get my finances in order...Then I SWEAR i'll quit!!
Thanks for the Answerz

When someone has been named as the Power of Attorney over a parent; and the home of the parent is being sold, is the person named as Power of Attorney in charge of the money from the sale?

i.e. one child is the Power of Attorney ~ the parent is still alive, but incapicated (stroke, etc). if the home is sold, are the other children entitled to any of the proceeds from the sale of the home...or does it go to the Power of Attorney because the parent is still alive?

I know of two children who were injured in an accident; and I've heard that the Red Cross issued checks in their names. I also heard that "someone else from the family" cashed them. Are their any criminal charges to be filed if they were not the custodial guardians after the accident?

one and that my liscense will be suspended for a year. The ID is my picture my name different age and different address but the cops discovered it in a search of my car when i was pulled over. Is there anything i can do to not get a year suspension on my liscense. I know i know i'm lucky im not in prison... i dont wanna hear it tho... I think this situation is bogus. Me and my friends got posession of alcohol but not posession of fraudulent IDs when the police officers clearly busted us with them. Why would they not write us tickets only for us to get letters stating charges a month later?

Basically, I want to have two legal names. Ex: John Michael Stevenson and Steve Michael Johnston. I don't want to change my given name, I just want to add a name. I'm not planning on commiting fraud or anything, and I have no problem with registering both names with the government or whatever, I just want to have two different legal names, so that I can have a choice between the two. Say, if I become a doctor, I could be registered as Dr. Johnston, but still have a drivers liscence that says John Stevenson, etc.

Like having an alias, but completely legally, with no intention of hiding my identity.
