I will be protesting at the Republican National Convention and I was wondering if I could get arrested for having "The world doesn't believe that you're fighting for freedom, 'cause you f---ed the Middle East and gave birth to a demon" on a picket sign. What are the laws for protesting? The RNC is in Minneapolis in 2008. So I'm just wondering what the limits are for protestors in situations like that. Can you get in trouble for having cuss words on signs? Is there a website that goes over rights for protestors?

Please, no politics in here. If I could I would leave out the political aspect alltogether, but I don't think I would get an accurate answer relating to the situation. I'm asking this as a serious question.

I'm not going to lie, I do watch porn. But halfway in between a movie the pornstar reminds me of someone I know which makes me feel bad for the pornstar. Then I start thinking about what ifs, like that could be my wife, my daughter, my sister, etc. Then I get angry and throw away the movie.

Doesn't he know that according to the DMCA, he has just commited a criminal act of circumventing an access control which will open him up to lawsuits from both Apple Computer and AT&T? Maybe he was just banking on not being prosecuted since he's only 17...my money is on him being waived into adult court.

I am a practical person who is neither an extreme conspiracy theorist nor an extreme skeptic/debunker. That being said, lets get to the question. Keeping your personal opinions and beliefs aside, please answer this question in your most scientific, third person, practical manor.

Q: Why would Federal and/or local authorities withhold footage from three Virginia Department of Transportation 24hr traffic and road condition cameras which filmed permanent fixed angles outside the Pentagon, that contain the cleanest footage and images of the attack on the pentagon? Remember, this is a straight forward question that does not ask for personnel beliefs or opinions about situations that took place on 9/11. Thank You.

Many seem to feel this way, including me. I am even more disgusted and angry and sad when a child is a victim of a violent/sexual crime, than when an adult is a victim of the same. But if you think about this, everyone should be equally precious. An adult victim is innocent as well as a child victim. Hence, why do we weigh a crime harder when the victim a minor, especially young child?

Once he serves his time, and pays his debt to society, is not our american tradition that an american citizen is welcomed back in the fold and given the opportunity to be a good productive citizen again? How can the same people who are so upset about dogs being abused push for a human being to be abused unreasonably? Lets assume he spends 18 months in jail, does the NFL really have a right to suspend him indefinitely after that? or even for an entire season after that...and basically blackball him from being able to earn a living? Where is the line between the rights of the business to try to keep its image clean and the right of the worker to be treated with fairness and justice?

I just received a letter from a collection agency asking for money I owed to Barclays Bank PLC over 6 years ago. Apparently opening a new account with Barclays recently must have been the cause of this collection agency being tipped off.

However, the money they are asking for is over 6 years old. Is it true that under UK law, they are not entitled to reclaim that money as the debt has expired?

Nobody had guns? I know this isn't realistic but this is a what if question, what if there was some new technology that prevented firearms from working, or something to that affect so that we could say for sure, 100% no one would have a gun, would you be willing to give up you're gun? If you wouldn't, why not?

Why is it women kill their children(one drowned her FIVE children in a bath tub, the other drove her car into a lake and blamed it on a carjacking that never happened) and get to plead this temporary insanity bullshit. Scott Peterson gets the death penalty though for killing his pregnant wife. The women had emotional ties to their children which he didn't have yet because his child wasn't born yet. I'm not taking up for Scott Peterson but shouldn't all three of them get the death penalty??

A huge tree branch fell on my car, and scratched it up really badly on the right side. The weather is calm, so there was no sign of lightning or strong winds. My car was parked underneath the tree where I lease my current house. Is the landlord responsible for the upkeep of the tree? The tree fell out of no where. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do first. I called the police and one showed up, because my bro heard the snap, then a crash and that's when he came out to see that the tree was on top of my car. He noticed 5 people running away. The cop gave me a case number and everything and advised me to seek a lawyer for this civil case with the landlord? Help!

In our times of sanctuary cities and law enforcement not being able to report illegal immigration or enforce our immigration laws, it's widely known that anyone who speaks out is automatically branded as racist civil rights violators.

A woman is raped and beaten by an immigrant in an apartment hallway for over 90 minutes. Her calls for help and screams caused over TEN people to open their doors and look out. People were coming and going from apartments and simply walked right by. NO ONE helped her or notified the authorities.

Police found her unconscious in the hallway when they responded to another call about drunken behavior later that evening.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,294352,00.html

This is an atrocity. Are people SO SCARED to be branded racists if they report an immigrant committing a crime. Would they be branded racists and sued if they were to use force in removing him from hurting her?

Is political correctness breeding fear to report anyone for anything

I thought this was the land of the free? Why is it okay to limit a person's God given free will? Who are we to tell someone else what they can or can't do to themselves?

What someone chooses to do (or have done) to themselves should not be regulated by the law. This may include but is not limited to (Censorship, drugs, fine company, euthanasia, ...) I mean seriously, if you don't like it then don't indulge. But why force your view on others? Is it not enough that you simply don't participate? That is my opinion. Do you agree or disagree? Please tell me why?

Now, don't get me wrong here. All crimes against a 3rd party individual (murder, rape, theft, abuse, ...) that is conducted against the will of that individual should remain a crime. I'm simply asking for freedom here!

In some countires in Europe the age of consent is 13, does that mean that potentially a grown man can have sex with a 13 year old? Doesn't that make him a peadophile? Who sets the law on this matter and what are the standards? Is there any religious age of consent or is it all man's doing?
And when was the law intoruced, also does that mean that since histroy began any man who married or had sex with an "underage" girl is a peadophile?

I'm just wondering, because supposing an Austrian, where the age of consent is 14, visited America, would people classifiy him as a potential peadophile? Or suppose a Spanish guy, where the age of consent is 13, came to the UK with his 13 year old girlfriend, would he be prosecuted?

Just being nosy!

My fiance says I'm a nut to believe anything bad that I hear/read (he's Jewish). My friend is from Egypt and has told me a few things that haven't been made the news here.

I do know that I have seen a documentary of 2 soldiers killing a woman in front of her 2 kids because she was not cooperating (inside their home). Afterwards they interviewed the soldiers and they said "I don't feel bad for it, I don't have to justify it".

But, Israeli's do have to be a bit nuts to live where they do. Sandwiched between crazy countries!
