Q: Why would Federal and/or local authorities withhold footage from three Virginia Department of Transportation 24hr traffic and road condition cameras which filmed permanent fixed angles outside the Pentagon, that contain the cleanest footage and images of the attack on the pentagon? Remember, this is a straight forward question that does not ask for personnel beliefs or opinions about situations that took place on 9/11. Thank You.

If the footage shows people or events that are key to a continuing investigation, they may with hold the tape from the general public while the inquiry is on going. If people that appear on the tape were aware that they had been captured, they may be more difficult to find or trace. Also if they were ultimately prosecuted, details of the tape might be key in insuring that the guilty are convicted.
By the same token, if the footage showed details that were vital to the nations security and would provide easier access to future acts of terrorism, they may with hold the tape in order to preserve national security.
From a conspiracy perspective, the tape may show things that would cause the nation to rise up against a particular administration or organization and would therefore be withheld to insure the stability of the government.
If such a tape exists, it would be difficult to guess at a reason unless the tape were shown.

The statement is true, they confiscated the videos from a garage and a hotel right next to the Pentagon a few minutes after the "crash".

What makes you think a federal organization withheld some footage?? You have already summed up your opinions while structuring your question in this fashion. Quit reading the conspiracy blogs and use some common sense. We have been hearing for years that radical muslims wanted to attack our country. They finally found a way to do it on 9/11. They admit to it and are actually quite proud of the accomplishment. Where is the conspiracy in this??

Good question...what would they have to gain from withholding footage from the DOT cameras that you speak of ? The answer to the question still does not change the amount of lives that were lost.

I watched a special on this and they stated it was because in contained evidence against Zucowey...I know it's spelled wrong but I don't care about the proper spelling of peoples names attacking my Country, Dead Meat works well for me

I don't know if yours is a true statement. It is a leading question, assuming facts not in evidence. A commercial jet hit the building. This matter has been investigated to death. There are no other factors.
