What you described is without a doubt harassment!!! It doesn't even matter how you felt about the incident. That scenario could be observed by someone else and THEY could consider it harassment. Just like if you tell a dirty joke and someone overhears it. Even if you weren't talking to them, even if the person you were talking to laughed at the joke, it is simply not content or conduct that can be considered appropriate for the workplace and therefore it is considered harassment.

Besides, the only person who should be okay with sexual touching in the workplace is a prostitute! The guy who did it is a jerk. Do yourself and every other woman you work with a favor and report him.

NO THIS IS NOT HARASSMENT, when the guy touches you in a joking manner even if explicitly stating sensual in nature. Unless you are bother by it, then you could declared such touches are off line already and be considered detrimental.

Harassment should be statedly clear that the one giving the sexual connotation is your boss or superior to you or your position, such as secretary or subordinate of some executive that he forces you to do acts that is way beyond your capacity. Example of these are secretaries who are asked by his boss to show his **** or else she will be terminated and replaced by another employee, this is clearly sexual harassment. Touches such as your description is none of the category for sexual harassment. Just like you told us it is merely a joke, but jokes should have limitation between a woman and a man.

It is if your not into being touched in a sexual way even when it's meant as a joke. Why would some gal like to have her b**b's tweaked by some jerk playing like he's turning on a radio!!! If both people aren't joking along the same lines---it's no joke!

its hard but be direct. just say "please dont".
harassment is UNWANTED touching. He has to know it is unwanted. Dont laugh or smile when he does it. But you can try to keep a good relationship later by being friendly and cordial.

tr.v. ha·rassed, ha·rass·ing, ha·rass·es
1. To irritate or torment persistently.

I think that the operative word is ''persistently''.
Once might be an accident, more than that [ after you say NO ] is not permitted.
