Yep, you are still married. I think you would need a legal separation order or some other legal document to eleviate that problem.

I don't think so,
if you have seen a lawyer and have put it down that you are separated then no..but it is in his name so i don't think they can. but you really need to find out yourself and see someone.
i am fighting nearly the same thing, but with debt collectors, not my name,not my bill, go to who owes it. good luck.

As long as you're legally married, it doesn't matter whether or not you're living together...spouses have joint financial responsibilities
