I just recieved a phone call stating that back in 1996 I recieved a ticket in Hondo, TX totalling $142.00 that I never paid for not wearing a seat belt. I do not remember this at all nor do I remember ever being in that part of texas. That was 11 years ago. After that long can they really make me pay it. I don't even live or go to that state! Does anyone know? Thanks!

I'm thinking in the case of Ford and Nixon. What was there to "pardon"? Can you pardon before a charge is even brought?

If so what should be done to them? And why do YOU consider them treasonous? This is not my personal opinion, just curious as to what you think.

Can someone please help me write letter to the court explaining what happen to me and my beserk neighbors? Here's an excerpt of it:

Your Honor,
I am here to informed you that a neighbor was being disrespectful to the United Nations Charter. Thus, disobeying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 1, paragraph 1. "To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion." With this I can tell you that Mr._______ and his fiancee were making fun and scrutinizing my religious practices and that they needed to go to court because of this.

Today I was driving with my 8 month old baby in the car when I was hit really hard from behind by a white Transit van.

I was so shocked and trying to check my baby was alright - the idiot in the transit came running over shakng his head and going on about "you turned at the last minute, I had no chance of stopping that was all your fault - do you admit it, do you admit it?"

I felt so shocked and intimidated I rang my other half (who worked nearby) to come out and see me and speak to this man, who was desperately trying to force me to admit that I had "turned at the last minute" thereby "causing" him to hit me.

For one thing I didn't turn at the last minute. For another, even if I had done so, if he had been driving at a sensible distance he would not have hit me!

I phoned the company he worked for who were also unhelpful but gave me their insurance.

What is the law about this? My car is totalled as is a pushchair that was in the boot and my baby and I are pretty shocked

I was a member of a online community, I always used fake names, locations, everything to disclose my personal info. When someone asked for my address or phone number i never gave it out. Anyway someone recently from that board traced my IP back to me..this person called me and said that its legal and that there are programs you can download to do this. This person proceeded to tell me she had my address and that if i was this fake person to tell her. Well anyway I am so freaked out! What can i do about it? I called my ISP and they told me to fill out a abuse form which i did, but is there anymore i can do? I have this person's name and phone number on my caller ID, the area code is a texas one. PLEASE HELP ME

I'm 20 years old and got busted for my second underage in PA. On the 17th of August I'm driving back to school in Wyoming. I know for a fact my court date will be scheduled sometime in September (pleading not guilty).

So, would it be possible to go through the process of getting a new Wyoming license and sending my PA back in before the suspension goes into affect?

My wife is undergoing medical treatment under a group health insurance plan thru my employer. I am the primary member and have designated her as a dependent under my coverage. I have been advised that despite HIPPA and privacy act requirements I am entitled to have access to her medical records without a signed waiver or release because the services were billed thru and paid by my insurance plan and as the primary member I have the the authority to review medical treatment for all dependents covered under my plan. Can anyone offer any comments on this?

In Bangkok, Thailand Police officers caught littering, parking in a prohibited area, or arriving late — among other misdemeanors — will be forced to stay in the division office and wear the armband all day, said Police Col. Pongpat Chayaphan. The officers won't wear the armband in public.

LMAO, I think it's stupid, what do you think?
