Yes, definitely, get an attorney. It's not a simple driving offense. You'll need help navigating the legal jungle. It'll cost around $1500 for the process, and take about 3-4 months.

Age won't make a difference. Quantity will only make a difference if it is a huge amount (like twice the legal limit).

get an attorney if you want... but shes underage. and attorney cant bend the rules. And its not a case about the 'level of alcohol' shes 20, close but no... so too be straight with you, get an attorney but your still going to have to take the punishment as it comes. But HEY you never know that attorney could be the best she might get out of it, you never know.

:)

Good Luck
Hope all goes well.

Citycop is right. My advise to you is to get an attorney. And the level of alcohol does make a difference. Good Luck!

You need an attorney. The level of alcohol CAN make a differnece, but the fact that she is underage (and therefore can not legally have ANY alcohol in her system) is going to make the case more difficult.

While you are waiting have her go to counseling, and to detox, whatever will look good before the judge, then ask for the mercy of the court. Take personal responsibility for your daughter's future behavior until she is 21 and of course, get a lawyer.

Get an attorney, and I would rarely state that. It is worth the money.
