Most likely make arrangements to pay it and the court costs, why don't you try contacting who you owe the money to, or the collection agency and make arrangements with them?

the entire court proceeding is a public record and was reported in the local newspaper. No. the action attempting to deliver the summons is reasonable. There may be some question as to whether the delivery of the summons is provable in court AND, since I'm not an attorney, I'm not qualified to comment further. :\

they might make you pay the debt plus court cost it depends where you are located at and you might want to find someone to be there with you so that they dont really cheat you in the end and make you pay more than what you actually owe on the debt hon very good luck and two weeks haint to far away

If you cannot dispute it, a Money Judgment will likely be granted against you and about 2 weeks after that is granted, the attorney for the debtor will file a motion to find all of your assets, freeze or attach them and/or garnish your wages.

You may want to consult with a Bankruptcy attorney in your State as soon as possible to see what options may be available under the law to try to put brakes on the process if filed before the lawsuit.
