Hey everyone. I'm going to Amsterdam in February, and I had a small legal question. I'm probably going to visit some grow shops and I was wondering if It's illegal to bring seeds(I think you know what kind) into airports. If so, will you get searched for them? Any feedback would be appreciated.

How can I make him stop? He has many DUI's and still drives around even though they took his license. I don't want to call the cops on him because he already has two strikes for vehicular negligence and they would put him away for a long time. Once I took the tires off so he couldn't drive but he just put them back on and filled them up with air and drove away drunk. I couldn't believe it. He comes up from Flagstaff Arizona every year on his Anniversary and just laughs and gets really drunk. How can I make him stop?

My point is, if someone is here illegally, do they have the right to privacy? Can they be wire tapped without having the right to sue the government or any law enforcement like a citizen of the US would have? Do they have the right to be represented by an attorney, etc.

If fathers have to pay child support for children they didn't want, should mothers have to pay compensation for a child that he wanted, but the mother aborted?

There's a recent issue proposed saying women need the father's permission to get an abortion, and if she can't prove the father, or prove that she was raped, she's out of luck. While I'm all for father's having equal rights, but I think this proposal is horrible, and I don't think it's right to force a person to do anything. A mother should be able to do whatever she wants, but should there be consequences as well?

So, I have my "this for that" idea. What do you think?

I see marriage as something to do with religion, and should not have anything to do with government. My car insurance will give you a break if you're married, because apparently, married people are safer drivers.

Is this a violation? Am I being discriminated due to my lack of a religion? What if my religious beliefs (or lack thereof) dictate that I will never marry someone?

I've been denied my SSD benefits for the 3rd time. My attorney and my doctors want me to pursue this in federal court, but it will cost me $350 to file it.

My questions are these...
1) What are the chances of finally being granted my disability if I take it to this level?
2) Since my attorney doesn't work federal courts, he's sending me to one who does......will I have to pay 2 fees if I do win?
3) Has anyone here ever had to go to these lengths to finally get SSD?
4) Is it worth the cost to do this, or am I just throwing away money?

I was born in a state that reissues birth certificates when family adopts. I am most certain that I am not my parents child or they would never do what they have done to me. I beleive I am really the child of another member of the family who has been deceased from the 70's. I know only her first name so can't do a death certificate search. Any one have any real constructive ideas to uncover an adoption if I no longer live in the state where I was born?

Is there a way to locate a particular dog?
Recently, I decided to find a better home for my dog because I am not home enough to give him the care he deserves. The family I gave him to told me they would take good care of him and I could visit whenever I wanted. After having him for two days, the family decided to give him up. They say he was given to a good home but I have no way of knowing this because they will not give me any information about his whereabouts. I only want to ensure the dog's safety. I need to make sure they did not abandon him or worse. I did not have the family sign a contract. Do I have any recourse to ensure this dog's safety?
Thanks is advance.

My situation invovles family members Aunt and Uncle lying to my parents about a house they both in herited and costing my parents thousands of dollers in lies. I dont need to get into the deatails but I want to get revenge on them for what they did to my honest and good parents. Not physical revenge .... I just want them to pay for what they did. I know that they are in debt big time 50-100k+ and have no plans to ever pay the creditors back. When the receive their half of the house is thier any way THat I can get the creditors to take their money. Also I know they work jobs under the table. Can I call IRS and have them investigated for tax evation.

My husband and I have been togethor for 1yr. My husband has been incarcerated for 1yr. My husband had to give up custody of his son due to his situation to his mother. I am not the mother of his son so I had no legal ability to recieve custody. My husband will be relased within the next six months. The courts have ordered him to a rehibilation home in our city for three months so he can get his life on track and learn how to survive in the job force. My husband has no prior record this is actually his first time in prison. Due to his early release my husband and I would like to begin our new life togethor as newlyweds, and also regain custody of his son from his mom. Is there any legal reason why my mother - law would retain custody, Due to my husband Record?

legally to make the dr/doctors involved take resposibility for the damage that they caused? I had eye surgery at Kaiser and I look like a freak my eye is 97% red all of the time and it looks like a ball of jelly. The surger was to straighten a crooked eye that I was born with it's technically called strabismis, my eye is still crooked but now instead of it going toward the left it's crooked towards the right. Then day after the surgery my eye was infected. I went back the surgeon said that it was normal and just healing well I wasn’t in a normal amount of pain so I got a second opinion & that doctor said something 2 the fact that it’s 2 soon 2 tell because she couldn’t see past the scaring tissue. I sought the advise of an attorney in SF he asked me 2 send pictures and a copy of my medical records,I did. He sent me a letter saying that he wouldn’t take my case (no time) he advised me about the SOL & told me 2 keep looking for an attorny. The SOL passed, is there anything that I can do?
